ASSOCIATION MAGHAMA COMMUNITY 2025
Maghama Community of Ohio is a nonprofit organization established on January 23, 2017. Its mission is to support and improve conditions in Maghama, Mauritania, especially through efforts in:
Education and literacy for children
Women’s health programs
Small economic projects and community development
The organization positions itself as a bridge between the diaspora (in Ohio / U.S.) and the Maghama community in Mauritania, leveraging local resources, volunteer efforts, and fundraising to enact positive change in Maghama.
